Welcome from the Pastor
We thank God that you have visited us online! We believe that God rules all things including the “small things” of our lives, so we believe that you are reading this by His design. God made you for His own glory. The ultimate joy in life is found in realizing this purpose. Augustine said this beautifully in his prayer to God: “You have made us for yourself, O Lord, and our hearts are restless until they find rest in you.”
Have you known the joy of knowing God? Or, better yet, of being known by Him? If you have not, I urge you to seriously consider the good news of Jesus Christ presented here. Jesus presents us with two alternatives with no middle ground. He said, “Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God” (John 3:18). We would love to help you understand what this means. If we can be of service to you, please, contact us right away. If you are in the area, we hope that you will visit us this Sunday morning.
If you do know the Lord Jesus Christ, we hope that you will find resources here that will help you grow in your relationship with Him. We want to make disciples of Jesus who will bear much fruit, bringing glory to God the Father (John 15:8). Because Cross Creek exists for the glory and enjoyment of God, we place highest priority on worship and cultivating lives that are given to worship the Father in Spirit and in Truth (John 4:24). We pray that you will find the resources on our website helpful in this regard. We would welcome the opportunity to serve you personally. If you are looking for a church family that desires to grow in the knowledge and grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, please, allow me to extend a personal invitation to you to join us this Lord’s Day.
Your Servant in Christ,
Pastor Mock, Senior Pastor

Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and how inscrutable His ways!
For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been His counselor? Or who has given a gift to Him that he might be repaid?
For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be glory forever. Amen.
