Getting Connected
First time? If so, we are excited to receive you as a visitor for the first time. While some people prefer to come only to the 10:45 am worship service on their first visit, we find that those who attend the Adult Bible Fellowship at 9:30 am and remain for the worship service get better acquainted with the church family and learn a little more about the life of Cross Creek. How do we dress? You will find some dressed in suits and dresses and others in more casual clothes. When you arrive we have visitor parking to reserve a spot for you near the main entrance. Our facilities are not large, and our greeters are always happy to help you find your way. We have a Welcome Packet for first-time guests that will give you pertinent information about our church. Inside the packet you will also find a visitor’s card that we hope you fill out and drop in the offering plate or give to a leader, so that we can get better acquainted with you. If you have children, we provide nursery for infants and toddlers. We have Sunday School for the children while the parents are in Adult Bible Fellowship. Children are welcomed and encouraged to participate in the worship service. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the church office. We look forward to meeting you!
Want to get more involved? If you’ve been regularly attending Cross Creek and you want to get more involved, we encourage you to get into an open Covenant Group. Covenant Groups are small groups where people develop trusting relationships in a context of prayer, Bible study, and fellowship. The aim of these groups is to help each other follow hard after Christ in every area of life. We also offer Men’s and Women’s Bible studies, where you will find sound biblical teaching and edifying Christian fellowship.
Ready to join Cross Creek? Wonderful! Please let an Elder or Pastor know. We receive as communing members those who have been baptized and who make a credible profession of faith in Christ as Lord and Savior. The children of communing members are members of the covenant community and are received as non-communing members until such time as they make a credible profession of faith.
If you’re a member looking to serve, talk with one of the Elders or Pastors about opportunities in the church. The Apostle Paul exhorts, “Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them” (Romans 12.6). As a church family, we are partners in the ministry of the gospel. God gives us a variety of abilities and desires for service to advance the gospel. We are eager to help you discern your gifts and service to the body of Christ.

Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and how inscrutable His ways!
For who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been His counselor? Or who has given a gift to Him that he might be repaid?
For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be glory forever. Amen.
