Women’s Bible Study
All women in the church are invited to study and discuss the book of James together every Wednesday, beginning on March 22nd. The lesson will start promptly at 10:00 and run until 11:30. (Coffee and tea will be ready by 9:50, so come early enough to help yourself and be settled and ready to begin by 10:00!)
Childcare will be provided to those who reserve a spot. In order to reserve childcare, text Kathy Vogus or email her with the ages and number of children you need cared for. (Her contact info is on the church roster.)
Kathy Vogus will be teaching the lessons. A study guide will be provided to each participant at the first meeting. James, by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, has written us a letter focused on very practical Christian living. This study should serve to advise us how to “be doers of the Word and not hearers only”.
There is a sign-up sheet in the narthex – please be sure to sign up so that we have enough books on hand, seating arrangements, etc.
