Ladies (and Gents!) mark your calendars for Thursday, Sept. 15, 6:30 PM.  We will hold our annual ‘Make, Bake or Grow’ Silent Auction.  You can make, bake or grow just about anything to donate to the auction.  There is a power point presentation in the narthex containing more information and ideas.

There is also a poster in the narthex – please put your name and what type of item you are planning to bring, eg: canned goods {jam}, soft goods {baby blanket}, a service {babysitting}, etc.

This year we have a cut off date to drop off your donated items: Thursday, Sept. 15th, at noon.  The only exception to this date will be fresh-baked/cooked goods, and for them we’ll need several things from you:

1. arrive early – no later than 6:15 pm!

2. let us know ahead of time exactly what you are bringing

3. let us know how much you are bringing (eg. 6 mini loaves of zucchini bread)

4. what you want the starting bid to be

This helps us plan our ‘auction room’ set-up and will definitely make for a much smoother ‘flow of traffic’ when the sale begins.

Please feel free to bring along a friend or neighbor!  This is a great time of Christian fellowship, so, the more the merrier!  This is a great way to start on your Christmas shopping list!

The proceeds will go towards pro-life causes in our community
