Reformation Day Planning Team Meeting
It is that time of year again when we need to begin preparations for the Reformation Celebration! The Celebration includes a month of Sunday School Lessons, memory verses, and activities in October concluding with a Celebration with food, games, fellowship and awards for the children’s hard work throughout the month. Ari and Casey Fuller are heading up the planning process they need your help by being part of the Planning Team!
If you are interested in helping with the planning process of this event please call/text or email Ariana Fuller (contact info available on church roster). The first meeting will be Tuesday, September 11th at 6:30 pm. The timing for all subsequent meetings will be decided at this initial meeting. (Childcare will be available for this initial meeting.)
There is a bright orange ‘interest sign-up sheet’ in the narthex – please sign up if you are interested in helping with the Celebration and plan to attend this meeting. (This will give us an idea as to how many sitters will be needed.)
