Ladies’ Craft & Fellowship Get-Together
WIC’s next monthly Ladies’ Craft & Fellowship Get-Together will be in the church Library on Friday, Feb. 17th, from 1:00-3:00 pm. There won’t be lessons or instructions, unless ladies decide between themselves that one of them is going to show a friend how to make something. We will bring whatever we happen to be working on and our own sack lunches & drinks. There is a very strong likelihood of small items like beads or sharp things like pins & needles on the tables, so it won’t be the best place for tiny, curious fingers to be.
CCPC is not providing childcare; however, if any moms want to make their own arrangements with some of our young ladies to watch their kiddies here, they are welcome to do so, providing those young ladies have gone through the Childcare Training Program required by CCPC. If kids are old enough to be ‘self-governing’, they can do their homeschool work, etc. in the room next to the Library.
For building security purposes, everyone will only enter and exit the door which faces the street so that it can be monitored – the other doors will remain locked and will not be monitored.
Contact Joanne Kelley or Andrea Akers with any questions. (Joanne will be at the church during the day, and both her and Andrea’s contact info is on the church roster.)
